What are your office hours?
We are open between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Other times are available by appointment.

How can you get the most value for your accounting fees?
Gather all the information that you will need so that you are able to ask specific questions.
Maintain good financial records so that you are not paying your CPA to organize your paperwork for you.
Openly discuss your plans and objectives. Your advisor needs to understand your situation completely so that they can properly advise you.
Clearly explain to your advisor what you want to accomplish. Time spent is then focused upon accomplishing these objectives.
How much do we charge for our services?
The varied scope of work that we perform determines the charge for our services. Each situation and business is different, so standard rates are not possible. However, we will be happy to discuss the estimated scope of work with you and give you an estimate of fees that are specific to your situation.
Can I pay my taxes with a credit card?
Yes, the Internal Revenue Service accepts credit card payment. American Express credit cards are not accepted. You will be responsible for the service fee that typically is paid by the entity accepting a credit card. This fee will approximately 2% to 3%.
Can I pay my invoice to David B Plemons, CPA with a credit card?
Yes you can. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover Cards. Payment may be made by a telephone call to the office.
